| Actually, Neil is right. The picture is of the man's son. Let's use Neil, Owen and Steve for the example. Imagine that Neil is looking at a picture of Owen.
This man(Owen)'s father (Neil) is my father(Steve)'s son(Neil).
It doesn't work with him looking at a picture of himself. His father can't be his father's son. | |
