| I'm back! A big thanks to Mom and Dad for the use of one of their old Dell towers. I was able to swap out hard drives and beef up the RAM another 256mb. Too bad there aren't any more DIMM slots...I could have 1.5 gigs of RAM in this fucker! I guess I'll have to settle for 768mb.
The only real downside to this new-to-me motherboard....No AGP slot. I'm stuck with onboard graphics.
My next project: Custom hard drive holder. Right now, they're sitting on the table with a CD case between them! | |

| Frankencomp update. Upgraded sound:  Upgraded to dual-disc DVD-ROM and CD/RW drives  Custom hard drive tower  Fits nicely!  Finished product!  All I'd like to do now is find a solid PCI video card and try to get at least another 256mb of RAM into her. Cool thing is that PCI cards are cheap. Not so cool...PC3200 RAM is crazy expensive! | |
